Adapt to the changes that your body is experiencing to grow and nurture your baby. Yoga offers gentle exercises to familiarise yourself with your new body and connect with your baby, releasing tensions and creating space for your baby as they grow. Sessions are designed to meet your needs through pregnancy and provide you with skills to support yourself as you reach birth & beyond.

Many people begin their Yoga For Pregnancy journey from around 12 weeks of pregnancy, up until they birth their babies, and the class accommodates and alleviates common difficulties during pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is needed to join the sessions.
