Antenatal Breastfeeding Workshop
Prepare for Breastfeeding your baby with a qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor
Saturday 25th July | 1-3pm
A workshop to techniques and information on infant feeding to support you on your journey after your baby is born, including breastfeeding, expressing and guidelines for bottle feeding.
Prepare yourself for family mealtimes
Saturday 11th July | 1-3pm
A workshop to explore the introduction of solids, also known as "weaning", to your little one, current guidance and some of the practicalities and safety considerations with introducing food.
