Yoga offers gentle exercises to familiarise yourself with your new body, inspiring you to become active with your baby through movement and song, in a session tailored to respond to needs of you both. Throughout the session, we will use exercises to build strength, relaxation to find space and calm, and use sensory play and yoga with your baby to support their development.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postpartum until baby becomes very mobile, but if you have an older baby or child you would like to practice yoga with, please contact me for more information.
