Join other parents on a workshop to explore normal infant sleep, and how to use positive approaches to encourage a healthy and manageable sleep environment, suitable for babies up until around 18 months of age.

 

Included after the workshop will be WhatsApp support, where you will get to ask further questions, and explore with a practitioner your individual circumstances and how various approaches may work for you.

 

During the two hour zoom workshop, we will explore the following:


What the evidence says about normal infant sleep patterns


How hormones can impact on sleep


Looking at sleep windows, how to recognise these, and what to do with it


How to create a positive sleep environment


Coping with sleep deprivation and other strategies
